I can't find the product I want. How can I search for it?
Try searching a wider topic, a category, or using the advanced search function. If your looking for night-ware, trying searching 'onesie,' or be less specific and search a broad category, 'baby.' If you continue to have problems finding what your looking for, please contact us by email, phone or mail. We will be happy to assist you.
What are the next steps after I place my order?
Throughout the entire order process you will receive 3 emails. One indicating that we've received your order. A second with shipping details (confirmation/shipping number). And, a third once you've received your package.
Do you accept returns?
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept a return. You will have 10 days after you've received your purchase to notify us that you wish to return or exchange your merchandise. Please contact us by telephone, as we will be able to process the request right away. You MUST have your original receipt, that came with your purchase, to return/exchange the item. At that time we will issue a RA# (return authorization number).
