Insurance:

Optional, but recommended as we do not accept responsibility of any lost or damaged items after it has been shipped. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping:

Once payment has been received orders will be shipped. Please allow between 5-6 business days for your order arrival.

Shipping costs vary depending on individual items purchased.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt.

Please notify us by telephone as soon as possible, as this is the only way we will accept notification of returns/exchanges.
You MUST have your original order receipt for us to accept your return. An RA# (Return Authorization number) will be issued once you contact us, and then the items can be shipped.
Items can only be returned/exchanged if an RA# was issued. If you ship a package back to us with a request to return/exchange without an RA#, it will be rejected.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed.

Unfortunately shipping costs (both ways) cannot be refunded.
